Media Department Manager

Oversees content creation, programming, and editorial decisions. Ensures the quality and consistency of the channel’s news, reports, and features. Coordinates with journalists, producers, and on-air talent to align content with the channel’s vision and audience expectations.

Technical Department Leader

Responsible for all broadcasting technology and infrastructure. Manages camera crews, editing suites, transmission systems, and IT support. Ensures smooth on-air operations and resolves any technical issues promptly to avoid disruption in broadcast.

Commercial Lead

Drives revenue through advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships. Develops strategies to attract clients and negotiate media deals. Coordinates with marketing and content teams to align commercial efforts with programming.

Legal Department

Ensures all content and operations comply with media laws, copyright rules, and broadcasting regulations. Reviews contracts, manages legal risks, and handles any disputes or compliance matters involving the channel.

Finance Manager
